At Central Excise Customs headquarters and at most posts — Bryansk, Vladimir, Far Eastern specialised, Donskoy, Yegoryevsky, Zelenograd, Kaluga, Krekshino, Crimea, Pskov, specialised and other excise posts — the schedule is: closed 1–3 May; open 4–7 May from 09:00 to 18:00; 8 May from 09:00 to 15:45; closed 9–11 May.
The excise specialised post (electronic declaration centre), North-West excise specialised post and Smolensk excise post operate daily from 09:00 to 21:00 throughout the period. Alabino customs post is open daily from 08:00 to 21:00.
Odintsovo excise post follows a separate timetable: closed on 1 May; open 2–7 May from 09:00 to 18:00; 8 May from 09:00 to 17:00; 9–10 May from 09:00 to 18:00; 11 May from 09:00 to 17:00.
Southern excise post has shorter working days: closed 1–3 May; 4–7 May from 09:00 to 17:30; 8 May from 09:00 to 16:30; closed 9–11 May.
