“Common customs guarantor” Joint Stock Company (“CCG” JSC) is a non-public company organised and existing under the law of the Russian Federation.

Currently, “CCG” JSC is not required to disclose any information under the law of the Russian Federation.

The statutory documents and financial statements are disclosed upon request, as further agreed upon by the parties.
