According to a notice by the Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS Russia), a webinar on “Administrative offences in customs matters: enforcement practice overview” will be held on 28 November 2025 at 12:00 Moscow time.
Participants may join via the link in the FCS publication. Speakers from the Customs Investigation and Inquiry Directorate will cover administrative-case practice and lawful decision-making when imposing penalties.
Foreign-trade participants will be briefed on 2025 legislative changes in administrative offences and may ask questions during the session.
