An FCS Russia notice states that Domodedovo customs “detained a drug courier from Brazil” — a 22-year-old passenger on a flight from Dubai stopped in the green channel.
Inspection found two condoms with powder: one in her underwear, the other concealed internally. She identified the substance as cocaine and said she carried it for an unknown man for payment.
Tests confirmed 250 g of cocaine. The woman is in custody.
A criminal case was opened under Article 229.1(4)(b) of the Criminal Code (large-scale drug smuggling). Penalties range from 15 years to life imprisonment and a fine of up to RUB 1 million.
