After the inspection, the shop owners filed a voluntary customs declaration and paid over RUB 16 million in duties.

The service notes that importers who brought goods in unlawfully should notify customs. Once the goods are ruled illegally imported, the owner has one month to file a declaration and supporting paperwork.
