Central Excise Customs transferred over RUB 510 billion to the budget in H1 2025

Over six months the customs cleared 63,830 goods declarations; average release time was 43 minutes.

Customs value control yielded additional collections exceeding RUB 4 billion.

Classification decisions under the EAEU HS Code led to additional charges of RUB 100 million and supplementary collections of RUB 98 million.

Origin control for goods subject to internal-market protection measures resulted in corrections to declared origin data on 753 declarations, with additional customs payments totalling RUB 245 million.

Officers identified 241 breaches of currency legislation by foreign-trade participants, with liability under Article 15.25 of the Administrative Offences Code amounting to RUB 730 million.

Forty post-release verification activities added customs payments and penalties, imposed fines and uncovered unpaid recycling fees totalling RUB 248 million.

Twenty-seven criminal cases were opened and 3,362 administrative-offence cases were registered.
